Hogan Technicians Earn Top Honors on the National Stage

We’re proud to celebrate an incredible achievement by two of our own — Carl Diehl and Clyde Weathers — who represented Hogan with outstanding results at this year’s NationaLease Tech Challenge and TMCSuperTech 2025 national competitions.

In May, Carl and Clyde competed against some of the best technicians in the NationaLease network at the NationaLease Tech Challenge, hosted at our very own Hogan Orlando facility. Their skill and expertise shined, with Carl taking 1st place and Clyde earning 2nd place overall.

Their success earned them a spot at TMCSuperTech 2025 in Raleigh, North Carolina — one of the most prestigious technician competitions in the country, featuring nearly 100 of the top professionals in the industry. Competing among this elite field, Carl placed 3rd overall, and together Carl and Clyde took 2nd place in the Team Competition.

These results are an incredible honor and a testament to the commitment, knowledge, and technical excellence that define Hogan’s maintenance team. Carl and Clyde’s performance on the national stage reflects the dedication and pride our technicians bring to their work every day — keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve customers across the country.
