Honoring Glen Gregory for Exceptional Service and Dedication at Hogan

This quarter, we’re proud to recognize Glen Gregory for his exceptional performance, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence at Hogan. Glen consistently sets a high standard for reliability, safety, and communication, making a lasting impact on both the PODS account and the organization as a whole.

With 17 years of professional driving experience, including 12 years hauling local hazmat in the Dallas area, Glen has been part of the Hogan family for nearly five years and proudly serves on the PODS account. He entered the trucking industry to provide for his family while remaining involved in raising his children. As his two sons grew up and joined the U.S. Navy, Glen transitioned to over-the-road driving to continue supporting his family.

Glen is known for consistently going above and beyond. He has willingly stayed on the road beyond his scheduled home time to help keep the PODS account running at full capacity and has supported seven additional Hogan accounts whenever needed. His dependability, outstanding communication with customers and leadership, and willingness to help wherever he’s needed have earned praise from managers across the company. As one of the top drivers on the account, Glen also serves as a driver trainer, sharing his knowledge and experience with both new and veteran drivers.

When asked what he appreciates most about Hogan, Glen says, “Hogan has always treated me fairly and worked to make things right for me and my wife. The PODS dispatcher and manager have always communicated well, keeping drivers like us informed about what’s going on.”

Outside of work, Glen enjoys spending time with his wife, Joni, and visiting with their two sons whenever they’re home from the Navy. Together, he and Joni enjoy riding their Harley-Davidson through scenic backroads and are looking forward to future adventures across the country.

Glen lives by the belief that if you take care of the little things, the bigger things will fall into place. Guided by his priorities of faith, family, and friends, he represents Hogan’s values every day through his work ethic, integrity, and dedication to those around him.
