1950s
Carl Hogan, Sr. joined his father in the family business and successfully led the company from the early 1950’s through the mid 1980’s.
During that time, Hogan’s service expanded to meet their clients’ growing transportation needs. The U.S. interstate highway system evolved, making trucking a viable, economical mode of shipping. And new clients – responding to positive, word-of-mouth referrals – partnered with Hogan to ensure the safe, reliable delivery of their products.
Under Carl’s leadership, Hogan grew from a small, local cartage company to a full-service, regional transportation provider.
